特种合金的零部件，由于是在高温、重载及燃气冲刷等恶劣的条件下工作，既要考虑高温瞬时强度、持久、蠕变、疲劳等性能，又要考虑高温氧化问题。对这类合金原材料冶金要求非常高,为了高的合金，必须准确控制合金成分和合金中的气体、有害夹杂及非金属夹杂物含量，合金的纯洁度，我厂经多年不断摸索,技术工艺不断改进,采用真空双联 三联工艺熔炼，不但将合金中低熔点有色杂质元素及气体被去除，非金属夹杂物了，并且结晶组织了，使合金的热加工性能显著的，加之我厂锻造技能,从而确保了合金终产品的。
